
Spring 2025 Retreat:
Who Am I Now?
In Spring 2025, we gathered a small circle of women for our A Nurturing Pause retreat, themed “Who Am I Now?”
The weekend offered a rare chance to step back from the ebbs and flows of everyday life and return to the inner landscape that often gets pushed aside.
Over three days, each participant arrived with her own story and her own season of life. Together, we created a space of connection, reflection, and gentle exploration. Through nourishing food, meaningful conversations, guided journaling, and supportive coaching, women re-discovered pieces of themselves that had quieted under the weight of responsibilities.
We weren’t there to fix or solve, but to notice—to witness one another, honor the truths emerging, and make room for growth. A group yoga session, offered in partnership with Lake Anna Wellness Studio, deepened our sense of grounding and presence.
By the end of the retreat, participants left feeling nurtured, re-aligned, and more connected to the “self” that was ready to be seen.
