Nurture & Nosh

Nurture & Nosh is a monthly virtual gathering—part lunch n’ learn, part podcast, part group discussion. Each month, we explore a different theme designed to broaden your perspective, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful connection with others. Expect to be challenged and encouraged in thoughtful, accessible ways.​

Nurture & Nosh isn’t your average Zoom meeting. Think of it as our virtual kitchen table. The tone is informal, welcoming, and relational—so feel free to invite a friend. Bring your lunch (or brunch, depending on where you’re joining from), turn your camera on if you’d like (we would love to see you), and come as you are.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 12 pm ET.

After registering, you’ll receive a calendar invitation for each session by email. We ask that you RSVP monthly so we know who to expect.

2026 Pilot Year Pricing
To celebrate our 2026 pilot year, Nurture & Nosh is offered at an annual flat rate of $60. This fee provides access to all remaining monthly gatherings in 2026, regardless of when you join.

The cost to register for a single month's Nurture & Nosh is $8.
