March Mini Pause: A Day for Self-Compassion
The March Mini Pause is an invitation to practice self-compassion in real, human ways — through reflection, movement, creativity, and connection — by shifting the way you relate to yourself. When we are kind to ourselves, we gain the courage and clarity needed to stay present — not as superwomen, but as fully human people doing meaningful work in a complicated world.
Throughout the day, we’ll move at a steady, intentional pace — beginning by arriving together and setting shared expectations for how we’ll be in this space. From there, the day unfolds through gentle yoga, guided reflection and journaling, creative expression, a shared meal, and conversation designed to foster connection. Each element is meant to support a more compassionate inner dialogue and a deeper sense of presence, offering multiple ways to engage — in your body, your thoughts, and your relationships — without pressure, just as you are.
