What’s My Story? is an opportunity for women to give voice to the unique life experiences that have shaped who they have been, who they are now, and who they are becoming. Each of us carries a story worth telling—and we each get to choose how we wish to share it.

This retreat invites you to honor your story: to prioritize yourself with the same fierceness and care you offer to others. It is a space to recognize and acknowledge your journey, and to intentionally decide what you want to carry forward into your next chapter—and what you are ready to release.
 

Over three days, you'll join a small group of women (and three experienced and approachable coaches) — each with her own story, her own journey. With your retreat companions, you’ll draw strength from shared experiences, and reconnect with the truest version of who you are. This isn't about fixing or solving — it's about noticing, supporting, and honoring your unique path and that of each woman in the room. It’s about creating space for you.

 

Through nourishing food, meaningful conversations, guided reflections, and gentle movement, you will find yourself in a place of nurturing and wholeness, and a place to pause.

Want to come early? Join us for The Prologue

In every story, the prologue is the part that comes before the real beginning—an opening note, a gentle scene-setter. Our retreat officially begins at 6pm, but if you’d like extra time to settle in, The Prologue offers just that. Starting at 11am, you’ll have access to the property to swim, boat, or simply relax, along with a nourishing lunch, an optional one-on-one session with a facilitator, and a special bonus gift. It’s a chance to create space, ease into the rhythm of the retreat, and write your own opening chapter—so when the retreat begins, you’re already grounded and ready.
