Nurture & Nosh is a monthly virtual gathering—part lunch n’ learn, part podcast, part group discussion. Each month, we explore a different theme designed to broaden your perspective, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful connection with others. Expect to be challenged and encouraged in thoughtful, accessible ways. This isn’t your average Zoom meeting. Think of it as our virtual kitchen table. The tone is informal, welcoming, and relational—so feel free to invite a friend. Bring your lunch (or brunch, depending on where you’re joining from), turn your camera on if you’d like (we would love to see you), and come as you are.
